Customer Success Manager – Salesforce & AC Products

We are looking for a highly customer-focused professional with a passion for working with people and a big-picture mindset to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service, particularly when it comes to leveraging the Salesforce CRM platform (including Experience Cloud) and our AC products. Many of our clients need guidance and support to fully utilize these tools — and that’s where you come in.
As a key member of our technical AC team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Salesforce administration support and training to help customers meet their needs.
- Driving ongoing system improvements within client databases.
- Maintaining expert-level knowledge of oAdvanced Communities products.
- Staying current on Salesforce platform updates and best practices.
Required skills:
1. At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
2. Proficiency in spoken and written English (Upper Intermediate or Advanced).
3. Strong organizational and presentation skills.
4. Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
5. The ability to work effectively with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical clients.
6. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. A willingness to learn new products and improve skills.
