Role Overview: Our team at AC comprises over 70 professionals specializing in delivering Salesforce solutions to non-profit, enterprise, and association customers. We have developed AC MemberSmart, AC Events, and AC Fundraising products, and we offer award-winning implementation and consulting services.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Non-Profit Sales Leader to drive the growth of our Salesforce Nonprofit and Association practice in the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Salesforce solutions and services to non-profits and membership organizations, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to align Salesforce offerings with client business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with technical and delivery teams to provide tailored solutions for our clients.

As a key figure in our organization, you will develop and execute a sales strategy for our AC MemberSmart and other products, making significant contributions to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Salesforce practice in the USA.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and industry insights.

    Client/Salesforce/Partner Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
    Understand client business challenges and effectively position Salesforce solutions to address those needs.
    Stay updated on Salesforce offerings and partner ecosystem.

      Collaboration:
      Partner with delivery and technical teams to create customized Salesforce solutions and proposals.
      Collaborate with marketing teams to drive lead-generation campaigns and events.

        Revenue Growth:
        Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals for Salesforce implementation, consulting, and managed services.
        Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

          Market Intelligence:
          Keep abreast of Salesforce product offerings, the Salesforce ecosystem, industry trends, and competitor activities.
          Provide feedback to internal teams to align.
