Salesforce Administrator/Сonsultant, Middle or Senior level
Advanced Communities is an official Salesforce partner with a specialization in Experience Cloud. We operate in two key areas: consulting and developing our own products.
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator in Ukraine/Europe. Position for fulltime and you can work remotely.
As a key member of our technical AC team, the Salesforce Administrator helps our customers meet their needs by providing Salesforce administration and training, and driving ongoing system improvements in client databases.
This is an extremely customer-focused role with a lot of client interaction, so a passion for working with people is essential. It is also important to be able to carry a big-picture perspective regarding client organizations and their needs while providing assistance to them.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
2. Executing the day-day configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance, and overall improvement of the Salesforce CRM platform.
3. Maintaining the overall Salesforce.com system, including data loads.
4. Collect user requirements for enhancements to the system by facilitating appropriate internal discussions.
5. Depending on experience level, may create and maintain custom objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields and set up Website-to-Salesforce integration where appropriate and in consultation with client teams and other members of the AC-team.
6. Work with end-users to provide coaching around best practices and tips on Salesforce usage.
7. Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports and report training.
8. Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed.
9. Assist with data migration from other systems as needed.
The successful candidate have the following experience/skillset:
1. At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator/consultant;
2. Proficiency in spoken and written English: level Upper intermediate or Advanced;
3. Knowledge of Lightning Flows;
4. Experience creating documentation for requirements, design, test, and training;
5. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and organize information, work independently and use good judgment;
6. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others and display diplomatic and strong communication skills with colleagues and client stakeholders.
7. It will be a big plus if you have experience working with Experience Cloud.
