The Symposium required a safe online platform for helping those who fight for human rights. The main purpose of the platform is to enable a safe member collaboration, communication and the functionality to organise and attend online and face-to-face events.
Using Community Cloud, Greenpeace enables its volunteers to connect at a single location, while Advanced Communities’ components provide a wide range of functionality that helps to engage and strengthen its relationships by managing events, volunteers and groups working on varied campaigns across the country.
Advanced Communities created a new customer community using Salesforce Community Cloud. Also there were implemented a customised version of Salesforce Knowledge wizard which
enables users to select Data Categories and view Knowledge articles even before creating a case.
To make the distribution of CustomEyes large print books for children with sight loss easier and more flexible, Advanced Communities provided Guide Dogs with its AC eCommerce component for launching a slick and easy-to-use on-line shop on their site.
