What is Salesforce Partner Cloud?

Salesforce Partner Cloud is the most complete platform for partner relationship management (PRM) and partner ecosystem management. Built on the #1 AI CRM, Partner Cloud helps you turn partners, whether ISVs, resellers, brokers, or distributors, into powerful revenue drivers by giving them everything they need to sell more, sell faster, and stay engaged. A Partner Cloud implementation gives that ecosystem a single front door: an Experience Cloud partner portal where partners onboard, complete enablement, register deals, track pipeline, and see their incentives and loyalty rewards. From onboarding and enablement to sales, deal registration, incentives, and loyalty programs, Partner Cloud allows you to manage your entire partner ecosystem in one place.

FAQ

Partner Cloud is the current generation of the same product, still running on Experience Cloud, so this isn’t a change of vendor. What’s different is scope: capabilities that used to be side projects or custom builds (incentives and rebates, loyalty, Agentforce for partners, Revenue Cloud quoting in the partner flow) are now part of one connected model. If your existing PRM has accumulated custom components to fill those gaps, much of that can move back to configuration.

Our Quick Start covers discovery and use case prioritization, Experience Cloud partner portal setup with branding, navigation and access, configuration of partner accounts, roles and user permissions, and enablement of the core PEM objects including leads, opportunities, deal registration and MDF. From there we automate one or two priority processes, deploy an Agentforce partner assistant, set up dashboards and reports, train your admins, and launch with a pilot group. You also get documentation and a roadmap for what comes next (incentives, advanced analytics, co-selling).

Rarely from scratch. We assess what’s there (the data model, partner segmentation, sharing rules, and any custom work) and decide what carries over, what gets rebuilt on current-generation features, and what should be retired.

It depends on scope: how many partner tiers and regions you’re modelling, how many processes you’re automating at launch, whether there’s an existing portal to migrate, and which bundled components you’re licensing. A Quick Start launching one or two priority processes with a pilot group is a contained piece of work. We scope it with you before anything is committed.

It fits when you want partners transacting on a working portal soon and you’re willing to launch a focused scope first (such as onboarding and deal registration), say, with a pilot group and then expand. It’s a weaker fit if you’re consolidating several partner systems at once, need complex tiered incentive structures live on day one, or have a heavily customized portal whose logic must be untangled before anything moves. In those cases we’d start with an assessment and scope a full implementation.
