We’ve been busy behind the scenes making AC Events Enterprise even better for event managers, attendees, and everyone in between. This release is all about speed, convenience, and giving you more control over your events so you can spend less time wrestling with admin tasks and more time creating unforgettable experiences.

Let’s dive into what’s new.

1. Register Attendees Directly from Salesforce

Event managers can now register contacts for events right inside the Salesforce Lightning Experience. No more jumping between systems! Just open a Contact record, pick the event, choose a package, and you’re done. And if payment is required, they’ll instantly receive a payment link or find the order waiting in their external profile. If a session is full, the system automatically offers waitlisting, so no opportunity is missed. It’s faster, simpler, and built to fit right into your daily workflow.

2. Multi-Currency Support

Running events across regions? Now you can manage ticket prices, emails, and payments in the right currency, automatically. Attendees will see prices in the event’s currency everywhere: from the event page to confirmation emails. No confusion, no extra work.

3. Waitlists for the Session: Fair, Fast, and Automatic

When a spot opens up in a paid session, people on the waitlist automatically receive an email with a payment link. Once they pay, they’re instantly registered. No manual follow-ups, no delays. Just a smooth, fair process for everyone.

4. One-Click Event Deletion (and Cleanup)

Need to remove a canceled or test event? Use the new Delete Event button to instantly clear the event and related records. No tedious manual cleanup required. By default, transactional records are kept for financial consistency, but if needed, you can easily adjust the deletion process by updating the Event Deletion screen flow logic with clicks, not code.

5. 40% Faster Registration Flow

We’ve re-engineered the registration flow to be lightning fast (pun intended). Your team and your attendees will feel the difference.

6. Quality-of-Life Improvements

Small details make a big difference, so we’ve added:

Smoother login-to-registration flow. Guests now land straight on the logged-in registration page. 

If someone browsing your event list isn’t logged in yet, the system will ask them to log in before registering. Now, instead of sending them back to the start or making them search for the event again, AC Events Enterprise takes them straight back to the exact event registration page they were on, already logged in and ready to complete the signup. Which means less frustration, faster signups, better conversion rates. 

New register button labels when packages aren’t available, and users cannot register at all, cannot register yet, or can no longer register. 

Instead of seeing a generic inactive Register button, users now get clear messages explaining why registration isn’t possible—whether because registration hasn’t opened yet, has already closed, or there are no available packages.

Customizable descriptions on bookings and order items.

When someone registers for an event and the booking or order appears in the system (and in the attendee’s cart or confirmation), you can now add your own custom description instead of relying on a generic one. No more calls asking, “What is this charge for?” You can clearly spell out exactly what they’re paying for (e.g., “VIP Pass – Includes keynote + dinner”).

Quick action for manual online event sync.

If the automatic sync between AC Events Enterprise and an online platform like Zoom or Teams fails (for example, participants aren’t marked as attended or session durations aren’t recorded), you can now fix it instantly yourself. Just click the “Event Sync” button on the event record, and the system will immediately update participant attendance and time spent in the event.
