Kudos to our magnificent sales team! In 2024, the AC sales department went above and beyond, organizing over 185 personalized demos to showcase the value and capabilities of our Salesforce-native and fully customizable products and services.

18 New Team Members
2024 became the year of valuable assets joining the Advanced Communities team. This year, we were thrilled to welcome 18 talented new colleagues in the sales, marketing, developer, and project management departments. Each new addition brings unique skills and fresh perspectives, strengthening our ability to innovate your Salesforce and Experience Cloud journey and deliver exceptional results.
20 New Salesforce Certificates Earned
In 2024, the AC team took strides in expanding its expertise. As a result, we earned 20 new Salesforce certifications across various specialties. AI Specialists & Associates, Salesforce Administrators, Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builders, and others. That makes 150+ Salesforce certifications in total! This accomplishment only reflects our commitment to continuous learning and excellence in what we do.

This year, our eBooks have resonated with a wide audience: 228 downloads were made. Our extensive materials on alternative sources of revenue for associations, partnership relationship management as well as event management on Salesforce have helped the audience stay informed about what Advanced Communities has to offer and how we can unravel Salesforce’s potential for you. 16 Events Organized and Attended
Advanced Communities has packed its bags to travel places a lot this year. In 2024, the AC team arranged and visited 16 events and conferences. From the major Dreamforce 2024 conference, Salesforce World Tour London, and a Charity Hackathon in Wroclaw, to Salesforce Connections in Chicago, an in-person Salesforce Nonprofit Lunch in San Francisco, and the Membership Excellence ’24 Conference in London – our geography had no boundaries whatsoever.
The results? We came back, bringing fresh insights on what Salesforce offers nowadays, how Advanced Communities will leverage it, and new partnerships.
