How often does your company organize events? Whether it’s a team-building exercise or a leadership workshop, company events are a great way to strengthen relationships and reinforce company culture.
But what if you could streamline events, boost engagement, and integrate cutting-edge technology—all with Salesforce? With the right Salesforce tools and integrations, planning an event for your company can be easier and more efficient than ever.
It’s a widespread thought that Salesforce only makes sense for complex customer service, sales, or marketing tasks. However, I’m here to prove otherwise.
Using Salesforce for corporate events might improve professional development, add new flavors to your company culture, and even create friendly competition in some cases. Read on to learn what Salesforce tools for events you can leverage to organize corporate events like a pro!
How Salesforce Event Tool Simplify Corporate Events
As you know, Salesforce is a pretty potent platform that can fulfill any of your business event planning activities.
Even if you organize a corporate event in Hollywood style, throw a Secret Santa to encourage employees to exchange gifts at the end of the year, or play around with virtual reality team building. You may even arrange a hackathon, or plan a team-building activity in an escape room – use Salesforce or all of these purposes.
If you couple it with the intuitive and native app AC Events Enterprise by Advanced Communities – a Salesforce Experience Cloud consulting company – you can easily create powerful, streamlined events.
Speaking of, here are some of the major AC Events Enterprise capabilities you can benefit from while creating an internal corporate event:
Creating different types of events (online, offline, hybrid, Zoom) – this is especially crucial for teams scattered across the globe.
Arranging events quickly and intuitively: with the Event Creation Wizard, even non-technical team members can easily set up events in minutes—no coding required. This makes it ideal for HR departments or other teams without technical expertise.
Registering for different sessions – team members can register themselves or their coworkers for different event sessions in just a few clicks.
Designing recurring corporate events – AC Events Enterprise lets you improve your corporate event planning by scheduling regular meetings more easily or cloning them to save heaps of time. You can just set up recurring events for certain days each month. For instance, season-specific team building, department-wide leadership development events, etc.
Building a customizable registration process – in the corporate world, a tailored event registration process goes a long way. Even though it’s a corporate event you are planning, you can make it personalized, segmented, and simplified with AC Events Enterprise. Collect specific details that are relevant to your event with custom fields (for instance, ask attendees about their team preferences, dietary restrictions, or session interests). Send customized communication like event schedules, welcome messages, or other reminders.
Other than leveraging AC Events Enterprise, you can use Salesforce’s AI features. For instance, take a closer look at the notorious Agentforce or AI suite. We’ll speak about them in a second.
How does it all work in sync? Let’s find out.
7 Corporate Event Ideas You Can Organize with Salesforce and AC
Before we delve into specific concepts, let me slide over the numbers because they won’t lie. As the Amex GBT 2025 study shows, a continued focus on internal meetings will prevail in 2025: “In fact, meeting professionals expect internal meetings to be the most frequent meeting type in 2025”. The same study reveals the power of technology for the majority of businesses, trailblazing the way for enhanced attendee experiences.
If you are racking your brains over monthly company event ideas or just decided to look for inspiration, this article is a lifesaver. We’ve compiled some of the most common and fun corporate events you may throw. All of them can be organized with Salesforce and its native apps. Dive in!
1. Employee Recognition Gala
Would you like to provide your employees with an unforgettable experience? One of the corporate entertainment ideas would be to organize an employee recognition event. Acknowledging your team members is always an inspiring action, and thus creating such a gala would be a great choice.
What categories can you include? Consider Outstanding Performance, Innovation, Best Team Collaboration, The Biggest Milestones Achieved, or anything more specific to your business. Kind of like Trailblazer badges, you know the drill. This will boost team spirit and improve employee morale.
How does Salesforce fit in? If you run a website on Salesforce Experience Cloud, you can personalize the whole event for a much warmer effect. Plus, with such a tool like AC Events Enterprise for event management in Salesforce, you can design a dedicated event microsite on Experience Cloud.
Team up with your design team or hire a freelancer to actually design those awards, shape the categories, and add them to your event microsite. AC Events Enterprise lets you add PDF files to your site and choose from different preview modes. Thus, you can build a perfect site with the best-in-class, customizable tool, showing off your greatest employees and presenting it at your next corporate event.
2. Interactive Product Launch or Networking Event
We all know that product launches can become a stressful corporate event. Team members get caught up in a whirl of planning, managing, and designing PowerPoint presentations, to name a few. Let alone networking events that make you feel a little overwhelmed. However, you can change the situation for the better with Salesforce.
One of the cool options for product launches and networking meetups is using Salesforce Agentforce and its automation super abilities. Create a specific agent, teach it its role (like matching event attendees based on their shared interests, roles, and business objectives), and set it sailing!
For instance, it can suggest team members relevant sessions on product features or coworkers for each attendee to connect with – whether it’s to discuss how the latest product innovations fit into the company’s roadmap or just share their expertise.
How about using Zoom integration with Salesforce (by the way, AC Events Enterprise comes packed with it, too) to set up specific networking rooms? Think of it as an additional event space where you can discuss new ideas and topics with team members (or even hold a product-specific team building event!).
Plus, gamification dovetails with interactive event ideas, namely for product launches and networking. And where can you find the best example? In Salesforce, sure thing.
Salesforce’s gamification feature for Salesforce Experience Cloud is ideal if you want to increase attendee engagement and excitement around the product launch. Event attendees can earn points, unlock rewards, or get prizes. This not only makes the event more engaging but also helps attendees retain product information in a fun and memorable way. This is how it can be maintained on a Salesforce Experience Cloud site and depicted in your org (the example is presented as part of the AC MemberSmart package):
3. Virtual or Hybrid End-of-Year Event
A corporate event shouldn’t be something rigorous. You can jazz up your company culture and infuse fun into your company event. Let me elaborate on this one.
As the year comes to a close, some end-of-the-year corporate event entertainment ideas have crossed my mind. A Secret Santa corporate event is one of them.
First, it’s an extra team-building activity. Second, the concept of such an event is well-known and opens up numerous possibilities on how to throw it. You can organize both online or hybrid gatherings, letting remote workers tune in as well. On the day of the reveal, you can host a live virtual event or a physical gathering where people “unwrap” their gifts.
With Salesforce, you can orchestrate each step of the event. For instance, you can leverage surveys and send them out after event registration. Thus, your colleagues can fill in their gift preferences or fun facts. This ensures the gifts are personalized and thoughtful. Besides, Salesforce can track the suggested price range for gifts. This is helpful if you are on a budget.
How about an Ugly Sweater competition? Of all corporate event ideas, this one awakens a friendly competition and sets your team members in a festive mood. For both events, you can design a special virtual event space – an Experience Cloud community – where team members can interact, share updates, and choose a winning team in the contest.
4. Charity Auction or Volunteer Event
Team building is fun! But it can also be meaningful, raise awareness for some cause, and even support local businesses. When you mull over corporate event ideas, don’t forget about a holiday charity event or a volunteer meeting. This could be a perfect catalyst for future event ideas down the road. Anyway, how could Salesforce and its native tools help?
While you can design custom registration pages and sell tickets at varying levels, with higher tiers including additional benefits like VIP access or recognition via AC Events Enterprise, you can also use AC MemberSmart – a customizable and 100% Salesforce-built app for full-scale member management.
This way, your event attendees can enjoy a dime a dozen volunteer opportunities, perfectly laid out on member directories and job boards. AC MemberSmart allows you not only to create an industry-specific event but also to provide your attendees with professional development potential.
Plus, you can simplify charity donations and other related payments in your association through a member portal and with dedicated association management software. Just imagine: your event space is buzzing, and you collect donations through a dedicated portal simultaneously, with all the data synced in Salesforce in real-time.
Aiming to support local businesses or other organizations with something bigger? Design fundraising campaigns and set fundraising goals in just a few clicks with AC MemberSmart. You may sleep well knowing your campaign runs like clockwork: you get a deep overview of the data received, including statuses, goals, and the amount of money raised, in a centralized system.
5. Art and Creativity Workshops
Corporate event ideas can go above and beyond! Team building exercises that are geared to spark coworkers’ creativity (even if it’s a virtual reality event we are talking about), soothe their minds, and reduce anxiety can work wonders.
Here is when your imagination runs wild. You can even organize a special themed retreat that would heighten the team spirit. Besides, these workshops can cover everything from painting to digital art, creative writing, photography, a local businesses fair, and much more.
With Salesforce, these team building activities can be simplified and more structured. For instance, if you throw a digital art seminar, you can use our Event Creation Wizard and customize the entire registration process. Insert such questions as 1) Do you have experience with certain software (Adobe Photoshop, Figma, etc.), 2) Do you like painting?, etc. Plus, you can add inclusive questions to the flow or just gather employees’ interests.
Another important Salesforce functionality is a calendar. However, to arrange corporate events with pleasure and keep up with the times, you can leverage this functionality as part of the AC Events Enterprise. It’s built as a custom component for Experience Cloud sites so you can add it to your internal community. This way, your team members will have the schedule at their fingertips.
6. Culinary Sessions
Often a rare case in the corporate world, a culinary frenzy may become your next perfect corporate event. What are the options?
Among fun company event ideas, there is, for instance, a virtual wine tasting session. Connect with an HR department and have them order some bottles of fancy wine for your online team members and for those who work from the office.
Invite a professional sommelier to this event and make it a true adventure. The specialist can explain all the intricacies of winemaking, help identify the perfect nose, or even encourage everyone to play a flavor-guessing game while taking a sip.
Sure thing, the same logic goes for mocktails. Think of special kits for making your own mocktail, explore new tastes with your colleagues, and share your thoughts. Consider also such event ideas as a baking competition, who-can-cook-a-hot-dog-first contests, etc. They are a blast as well!
You don’t think Salesforce isn’t a fit for this context, do you? Take advantage of Salesforce reports and dashboards to analyze the event’s success. You can measure participant engagement, see feedback scores from contest judges, or check what competition categories attracted the most participants.
Besides, you can even define a winning team with reports, create a visually appealing graph, and showcase it to your colleagues. With AC Events Enterprise, you can leverage custom reports and dashboards and fine-tune them to any event.
7. Leadership Development Workshop
Of all company event ideas for employees, this may sound a bit democratic. In its nature, a leadership workshop is designed to inspire team members, teach them new skills, and share some best practices. It can be a full or half-day event – everything depends on the depth of knowledge you want to impart. However, you can make it fun, too!
To nudge you a little and stir you in the right direction, here are some leadership improvement seminar ideas you can steal:
Emotional intelligence training
Strategic thinking and decision-making
Conflict resolution techniques
Feedback and mentorship skills
Adaptive leadership in changing environments
All of these corporate events can be easily maintained with Salesforce. For instance, you can work together with HR and L&D departments to design specific emotional intelligence training modules and “feed” them to Agentforce. These could include emotional regulation techniques, active listening, micromanagement awareness, and conflict resolution.
Besides, you can use Enablement Sites (myTrailhead) or any other third-party learning platform to provide content that Agentforce can easily access. Think of interactive courses, self-assessment tools for feedback & mentorship skills, or simulations to practice emotional regulation or empathy. Can you imagine the excitement when your event attendees receive valuable content, on the fly, right at the event?
Bonus Tips for Organizing Your Next Corporate Event
Zero in on social media (yes, even if it’s internal events we are talking about): promote it, share some pictures from the event to improve engagement, and show that your business is human. By the way, almost 89% of marketers use social media for this purpose and mix them with email marketing, webinars, podcasts, etc.;
Bond with your team outdoors: you’ll be surprised how laid-back your coworkers can be outside a working environment;
Tap into virtual reality: technologies have already shown what they are capable of. An event done with high tech can grow excitement among the team members (arrange a scavenger hunt, a trip around the world team building, etc.);
Centralize event data, even if given half a chance. How? Salesforce is a dedicated, unified space for all the data you gather before and after your events;
Be the connector between your team and technology. While taking advantage of Salesforce AI or any other tools is a good thing, do not forget to guide your team toward their experience;
Use Salesforce Trailhead to create custom learning paths specific to your team. For instance, you can create a set of micro-courses to help the team understand new product features or improve sales techniques;
Create an exclusive Salesforce Experience Cloud site for your advisory board members and give them access to upcoming event details, resources, and discussion boards;
Leverage Agentforce to summarize the data after the event. It can pull data from your internal Salesforce org and deliver an in-depth summary. It would help you plan events down the line.
Wrap Up
As you can see, Salesforce can become your ally in creating and managing any corporate event. With its help, you can make your next corporate event innovative, filled with a cheerful spirit, and a bucket-list experience.

What a productive year the AC team had! As it draws to a close, we couldn’t help but share our latest product update – the improved AC MemberSmart! This version is all about a streamlined membership payment process, enhanced subscription management, and more flexibility.
Get ready for the scoop on some major AC MemberSmart changes made. Besides, we’ve listed minor yet meaningful updates your business should experience straight away.
Major New Functionalities AC MemberSmart Offers
1. Unified Checkout Integration
AC MemberSmart now comes with a unified checkout integration, ensuring a more streamlined and consistent payment experience. Whether your members are paying for tickets, swag, different membership tiers, or community-wide events, they will see their order in a single cart at the checkout. No need to jump between the tabs! This means fewer headaches for you and your members.
Moreover, we’ve optimized payment processing for both Native and Unified Checkout systems. That results in faster and more accurate payment processing supports bulk payment support, and makes troubleshooting easier.
2. Free Membership Subscriptions
Sometimes you may want to offer free memberships as part of promotional activities, trials, or other community-building efforts. With a new free membership subscription feature, admins can assign specific membership products as free. This allows community users to subscribe without payment and internal admins to assign free memberships via the internal wizard. Free products remain free for good, cover the entire membership period, and do not use installments.
3. The ‘Finalize Payment’ Button for Seamless Transactions
This release of AC MemberSmart comes with a “Finalize Payment” button that lets community users complete interrupted subscription payments or pay balances directly from their member account.
With this new functionality, users can complete interrupted subscription payments, provide payment for the subscription if they selected “Payment by invoice” in the first place, and make payments for future installments.
The important improvement here is that you can see only unpaid installments that are not in In-Progress or Close Collected status and take care of them with the button. It makes the process more intuitive, quick, and less prone to errors.
4. Improved Subscription and Member Record Management
Always wanted to manage subscriptions stress-free? Our improved AC MemberSmart version lets you do just that! We’ve made a few tweaks so that you can take more control over your memberships:
Membership Custom Statuses: you can now create custom membership statuses for more tailored subscription management. Track renewals, cancellations, or other membership stages—with custom statuses, you receive granular control every step of the way.
Admin Control over Expired Membership Renewals: it’s often the case that expired memberships need to be renewed manually or under certain conditions. Admins can control whether members are allowed to renew expired memberships. This approach provides you with greater flexibility in how you manage your renewal process. Besides, there is a new setting in the MemberSmart Settings that allows you to recalculate and update the Membership Duration and Membership Activation Date based on the active subscription period.
Specific Subscription Start Dates: you can create subscriptions by setting specific start dates. This ensures accurate alignment of the subscription term and improves data accuracy in your member records.
5. Flexible Payment Methods and Subscription Flows
As your business grows, you may diversify payment options. Now, your members can experience flexible payments, which makes it easier for you to meet their preferences. We’ve added the opportunity to choose Invoice, Card, or Bank transfer options on the registration flow when a member chooses their membership plan.
Note!
These changes go for the Native payment system.
Additionally, this version of AC MemberSmart has an improved payment flow in the subscription and installment Payment Period. Thus, the Payment Period on membership and product objects is synced with the Grace Period value during package installation. It leaves you with more accurate subscription timelines and a smoother membership experience.
Speaking of the Grace Period, we’ve added an informative help text to explain the Grace Period for calendar-based subscriptions to take the guesswork out of it.
6. User-Friendly Updates for Community and Admin Users
The renewed AC MemberSmart is equipped with an email duplication check during the membership registration process. This way, when guest users become members, the system will automatically use existing Contact and Account records, which prevents redundancy and keeps your member data clean.
Now, members can cancel auto-renewals and change their payment methods on their own via the Membership Details component. As an Admin, you can manage who can access these features via permission sets. On the one hand, you end up with more flexibility and control over member access. On the other hand, you provide autonomy to your users over their subscription management.
Plus, we’ve improved the Success screens across both community and internal environments, making the user experience smoother and establishing clear feedback for your members.
Minor Features You Shouldn’t Miss Out On
Streamlined Installment and Grace Period Logic
The subscription status logic is completely rethought. From now on, memberships are considered active based on both the Grace Period and payment dates. Plus, the calculation of an installment’s date is now more precise thanks to the new fields added.
Another improvement deals with installment due dates. When members renew their subscriptions, the first installment due date is now automatically aligned with the Subscription Term’s start date. This way, consistency and accuracy with billing are ensured.
Enhanced Pending Status Logic
We’ve updated the logic for the “Pending” status in memberships to cover scenarios when a member waits for payment completion and future start dates for renewed subscriptions.
More Accurate Subscription Cancellations with Automatic Member Status Updates
When a member cancels their subscription, their status and all the relevant fields are updated automatically. This ensures accurate and consistent data.
Membership Plan Flow for Registration and Renewals
We’ve made improvements to the Membership Plan component for both registration and renewal flows. Now, payment frequency options are displayed more intelligently—shorter payment frequencies will be hidden based on the grace period and payment settings, making the process smoother and more intuitive for your members.
Organisational Member Status Logic Updated
The Organisational Member Status on Accounts will now automatically update to “Active Member” when at least one Contact under the Account has a Member Status of “Active.”
Final Instalment Amount Adjustment for Recurring Payments
The final installment amount for recurring payments will now be adjusted to the Account for any rounded-up amounts, ensuring accurate payment totals.

This isn’t yet another article about Salesforce Agentforce – a new tech that’s on everybody’s lips. We decided to move away from the all-too-familiar strategy where an author plainly explains what is and calls it a day.
Instead, we took a different approach.
How can Agentforce assist organizations in the nonprofit and educational sectors? Are there any special instructions for that? This is our agenda for today.
So if you are a nonprofit or an educational org using Salesforce and thinking of boosting your operations with Agentforce, you’ve landed on the right article.
What is Salesforce Agentforce?
Salesforce Agentforce is a new layer within the Salesforce Platform that was first introduced in September 2024 at the Dreamforce conference as part of Salesforce’s Service Cloud.
You can spin up AI-brained Agentforce agents with just clicks, not code, and set them sailing autonomously. Or, use some of the many pre-built templates. Create a banking agent, a retail agent, a finance agent, a healthcare agent, or any other. This is an Agentforce Service agent on the Salesforce website:
These autonomous agents work together with human ones by taking care of customer interactions, evaluating user queries, routing customer cases smartly, scheduling meetings with customers, gathering unstructured data in one space, and pulling relevant data to make informed decisions.
All in all, agents execute tasks related to marketing, service, sales, or even resolve compliance-related queries. All of it is done intuitively and conversationally.
Inside the Agentforce’s Brain
Agentforce is a suite of tools that involves pre-built Customer 360 agents, an AI-powered agent Builder, Atlas Reasoning Engine (that autonomously analyzes data, makes decisions, and completes tasks), and built-in Trust & Guardrails.
When you create your service agent or any other using the Agent Builder, you provide certain topics, and natural language instructions that would prompt your AI agents (aka apps) to complete certain business tasks. That is, you specify the agent’s role in the Prompt Builder and ask it to takeaction.
Just imagine that your operations agent can comprise all these characteristics:
Easy to deploy
Data Cloud integration
Customizable
Secured with the Agentforce Trust Layer
These autonomous agents process the info and deliver the best possible semantics based on the Customer 360 metadata. They are ideal for handling high-volume customer interactions across multiple channels (chats, emails, phone, etc.).
Play around in the Agent Builder, map out your agent’s plan, and don’t be afraid of oversharing your trusted data: Salesforce puts a premium on security.
Strategic Benefits Salesforce Agentforce Provides for Nonprofits & Education
Salesforce Agentforce can not only actively drive customer success but also serve as an analytics agent for nonprofits and educational institutions. As the recent Capgemini stats show, 82% of mammoth companies plan to use AI agents in their work, which heralds untapped opportunities for Agentforce. Think of it as an ally to support mission-driven goals, elevate customer satisfaction & engagement, and fuel operational efficiency.
If you are still new to the concept, check out the world’s first agent ecosystem – Agentforce Partner Network. This is a network of partner companies that build new third-party AI agents with the Agent Builder and already benefit from them. Agentforce Partner Network includes Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, IBM, and a lot more.
Now, let’s get back to what strategic advantages you as a nonprofit or educational organization can get using those intelligent agents:
Optimizing resource allocation for mission-critical engagement: for organizations in your sector, resources are often limited, and time spent on administrative tasks casts a damp over direct impact. With autonomous AI agents, you can automate routine tasks, such as event registrations, managing inquiries, and donor/volunteer/student requests, so that staff focuses on high-impact activities.
Deepening community engagement with AI-powered personalization: educational institutions and nonprofits thrive on strong relationships with their community members – whether that’s donors, partners, students, or volunteers. An Agentforce service agent leverages AI-driven insights and harmonizes customer data, which results in personalized interactions across channels. This ensures that each community member feels valued and heard. AI agents can help you deliver tailored responses based on historical interactions, behavior patterns, and preferences. This is what makes human-centered experience actually human.
Empowering AI Agents with real-time data and context for wiser decision-making: context is crucial to delivering effective support. A student struggling with coursework or a donor interested in a specific program needs responses that reflect their unique history. Autonomous AI agents are granted real-time access to comprehensive customer profiles and pull in the most relevant data from various Salesforce existing tools. This approach creates a holistic view of each person.
Streamlining complex multi-channel communication seamlessly: how often do you interact with people across multiple channels – email, social media, phone, chats? I bet that’s a lot. However, cohesively managing these interactions might pose a challenge sometimes. To overcome that challenge, your Agentforce agent can use a unified interface for omnichannel support and answer queries no matter how they come in.
Boosting volunteer & donor retention with proactive communication: this aspect is central to the long-term success of nonprofits and educational organizations and engagement is key to maintaining customer relationships. With a sleek low-code Agent Builder, you can design prompt templates, add some of the most common service requests, and let your agent do its magic. Automate follow-ups, event reminders, and ‘thank you for being our member’ messages. Plus, an Agentforce agent will help you reach out proactively by triggering automated messages based on specific behaviors or milestones (for instance, after a donor makes a contribution or a volunteer completes a certain number of hours).
Salesforce Agentforce: Top 6 Use Cases for Nonprofit & Education
Writing natural language instructions for Agentforce agents to complete business tasks is only half the battle. The rest of it hides in how exactly you do that, what situations you teach agents to read, and what data you add to those instructions.
To provide you with a massive head start, I’ve assembled several use cases in which Salesforce Agentforce can help a nonprofit and educational organization like yours, benefiting both your staff and your community. These are just the most common examples – you can go further and give your agents additional abilities.
Use Case 1. Automating Volunteer Onboarding & Training
Let’s assume you work at a nonprofit that organizes large-scale community outreach programs and struggles to manage its growing volunteer base. This leads to inefficient scheduling and confusion about volunteers’ tasks.
With Agentforce, new volunteers can receive an automated series of emails with training resources, onboarding documents, role descriptions, and orientation schedules.
For instance, if a newcomer is assigned to work with a community food bank, they could automatically receive training materials on food safety and handling before their first shift. Or they can get emails with links to complete training modules and watch some videos.
Speaking of shifts, AI agents can automatically assign shifts to volunteers based on their skills and availability. What if a volunteer cancels their shift at the last minute? No worries! Agentforce uses its AI brain to identify and notify the most qualified volunteer available to take over.
After an event or a shift, Agentforce agents can prompt volunteers to fill out feedback surveys. This data can be used to generate real-time reports, helping you to track volunteer performance, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
Use Case 2. Assessing Student Knowledge
Agentforce can transform how educational institutions assess student knowledge and learning progress.
Let’s say a high school uses a blended learning model, combining classroom teaching with online resources but lacks enough staff to assess student progress dynamically.
Agentforce can recommend tailored learning modules based on a student’s performance in initial assessments. Thus, a student who excels in reading comprehension might be directed to more advanced literature, while a student who struggles with math might be directed to remedial content.
The system can assess whether students are missing core knowledge or skills by evaluating quiz results, homework completion rates, and participation in class activities. Agentforce identifies gaps (like a student who is struggling with multiplication) and can automatically trigger alerts for tutors or suggest additional resources.
Use Case 3. Aligning Nonprofit Investors with Startups of Their Interest
Suppose your nonprofit works on climate change issues and wants to match investors with promising startups to drive global change. With an Agentforce AI agent enabled on your platform or a Salesforce Experience Cloud site, you can guide possible investors to support your cause and onboard them with your organization.
They just write in the chat ‘Hi! I am an investor. Can you provide me with steps to onboard with [your company]?’. From there, the onboarding steps may vary but let’s stick with these ones.
The investor might fill in such data as their personal info, professional background, investment thesis, investment track record, collaboration preferences, and strategic contributions (you let the investor choose the area of mentoring a startup on business development, marketing, sales, tech, etc.).
Using the information given by the investor, Agentforce AI helps you analyze this data and recommend the most suitable startup, book a meeting with a startup of their choice, and streamline the investment process by permission-based data sharing.
Such a system may work the same way for startups. It can provide the most suitable investor for their needs. This way, you improve collaboration and matchmaking and deliver the greatest experience to both parties.
Use Case 4. Coordinating Various Types of Events & Fundraising Campaigns
If you’re hosting an annual fundraising gala to support your mission, Agentforce can help manage ticket sales, track donations, and communicate with attendees.
Agentforce can integrate with payment processing systems to allow donors to make contributions directly from their email or through a customized donation or event page. Which, by the way, you can design from scratch with the AC Events Enterprise app by Advanced Communities. When a donation is made, Agentforce automatically updates the donor’s profile in Salesforce, which lets you track the info in real-time.
What about the overall donation progress? Was it not what you expected? Thanks to the improved abilities, AI agents can identify that donations from a specific geographic region are lower than expected, trigger an email campaign for that region, and encourage increased participation.
What if your gala event has already started but a donor/attendee came without their ticket? Agentforce helps here too. If you have an agent on your website, they can type in “Hey! My name is [X] and I am visiting [X event]. Though I don’t have my ticket with me. Can I please get it here?“. Based on the donor’s and event name, Agentforce pulls a related record in your org, and sends the ticket right in the chat. Convenient, isn’t it?
You don’t even have to worry about event follow-ups, Agentforce can do its magic. Not only it sends automated confirmation emails with details about the event (location, time, special guests) but also triggers a reminder email encouraging them to complete event registration. Do you have a hybrid event? Agentforce can add Zoom links to that email or other virtual attendance emails.
During live events, Agentforce can enable real-time Q&A and polling. Event attendees just submit questions for questions via a chat or participate in live polls, with results instantly displayed. These interactions are immediately captured in Salesforce, creating insightful data for future engagement and improving customer success.
Use Case 5. Supporting Students’ Admissions
Suppose you are a large university and it’s admissions season. You know your way around Salesforce, use it as a CRM and that’s it. However, it’d have been nice to somehow manage a flood of student inquiries during the admissions cycle and want to streamline the application and enrolment process.
Prospective students can contact Agentforce through multiple channels, such as emails, chat, phone, and social media, and everything will be centralized in Salesforce. For example, when a student lands on your Experience Cloud site, engages with one of the Service agents, and writes something like “Hi! Can I please get course prerequisites?”. The intelligent system will recognize the inquiry thanks to natural language processing & Atlas Reasoning Engine and route the case to the admissions team. Can your service reps be so dextrous?
As Agentforce has access to your Salesforce CRM data, it can perform personalized admissions. Say, a student has been accepted but some critical documents are missing from their account. Agentforce steps in, analyzes the data, and sends a tailored email to that student with a list of other docs needed. A perfect example is College Possible which is using AI agents to guide college coaches to better serve students with resources and deadlines.
Agentforce can be trained to track the process of each student’s application, ensuring that no steps are missed. If a student hasn’t completed a required part of the application (like submitting a school certificate), they can be automatically reminded.
You can also train your agent to send students automated reminders about upcoming deadlines, meetings with academic advisors, or counseling appointments.
Use Case 6. Matching Donations to Those in Need
How many unsold, unused goods are there and how do people usually manage them? Imagine that your company helps thousands of customers return their goods and give them a new life by repurposing them to communities in need. How does Agentforce fit in?
Suppose you have a new Opportunity in your Salesforce org. Ask Agentforce to summarize it and supervise the distribution of some essential items. A split of a second – and Agentforce comes up with a summary for this very Opportunity, how much funds were gained, what the focus is (for instance, disaster recovery needs), what upcoming events are connected to it (like a pickup at a warehouse), and what open tasks there are (like matching the donation to a nonprofit partner).
The agent listens and matches the perfect nonprofit based on the focus area. No manual operations, no water-logged process – everything is done manually. Agentforce does the heavy lifting pulling out the right data so that human agents don’t have to. This will allow your employees to focus on critical frontline responses.
