Lightning Knowledge Component Update!

We have some exciting news about our popular Lightning Knowledge package. We have put an ambitious roadmap for a new version of our Community Knowledge implementation for the next few months and dedicated to producing a new great version of Lightning Knowledge for Community like you have never seen before.

  1. Guided Knowledge/Advanced Case deflection with statistics. (November release)
  2. Knowledge article favorites. (December release)
  3. Feature to follow Knowledge articles with email notifications on the newly published version. (January release)
  4. Advanced AI-powered Knowledge search with highlights and multiple categories’ selection filtering. (January/February)

Following the announcement of the new features, the Lightning Knowledge becomes a paid component as we want to ensure that every user gets an adequate level of service and support.

We stop support for our existing free Lightning Knowledge Community component from the 1st of February 2020. After this date, the free Lightning Knowledge Community component stop working. If you would like this date to be extended, please let us know, and a short temporary extension can be granted under exceptional circumstances.
